This gentle Hatha practice, thoughtfully designed by Rebecca, aims to release tension and improve mobility in the shoulders and hips. This practice includes expansive poses and long holds. All levels welcome.
This class uses a yoga mat and yoga blocks. If you don't have blocks at home, you can use a stiff pillow, a stack of books or anything similar you have around your home that is stable and supports you in the same way.
This is a replay of a virtual live-stream class so lighting, audio, and teacher demonstration will vary.
