Today's circuit has a series of exercises that will each last 60 seconds and you'll have 20 seconds of rest in between. This is a no repeats workout, so once you're done one exercise you won't have to do it again (phewf!). If you need longer breaks, definitely take them! This is your workout; you decide if you use heavier weights, take modifications or longer water breaks.
If you're looking for a full-body program, try one class per day in Naomi's YExpress collection. This class can be combined with a cardio class or a run if you're feeling ambitious.
You'll need a set of heavier weights for your lunges and squats. However, if you don't have weights you can use canned chickpeas or full water bottles instead.
