Minimal Cueing

This is a collection of classes with minimal talking and/or cues. You'll find classes here that will allow you to align with your breath and really go inward, without any filler talk throughout the class. Minimal cueing classes will still have some speaking so that students can easily follow along with the sequences, but it will be the least amount possible. This is a more intermediate style of yoga, so we suggest this collection for those who have established yoga practices and are familiar with the names & shapes of poses.
