Join Mikaela for a 60 minute Fiery Flow practice. This is a dynamic sequence of postures that synchronizes your breath with movement in order to build strength, balance, and flexibility.
The practice today is fiery: it's a mix of Vinyasa & Power. We will focus on back body engagement & front body opening. This will help us as we work towards Dancer's Pose.
No props required but have 2 blocks close by if you need them to help you get into some of these poses!
