Miguel Lopez De Lara is an E-RYT and ParaYoga® Level I Certified Teacher with 8 years of experience teaching in Mexico and Canada. Miguel began his Yoga Career in the Mexican Caribbean town of Playa del Carmen with his first teacher training with Ellen de Jonge one of Yogarupa’s long-time students. In 2016, Miguel moved to Vancouver where he continues to teach group classes and workshops for YYOGA.
Miguel’s interests in Hatha Yoga, Tantra and the lineage of the Sri Vidya tradition serve as a profound source of inspiration for his classes. He currently offers Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Hatha and Power yoga on the YYOGA at Home platform.
