Relax into seated and reclining postures with the support of props in this calming practice with Mark Atherton.
A couple of things to gather before you begin this class — and you can substitute these props for anything you have at home — are:
Two bolsters (or couch cushions or bed pillows)
Two blocks (or books)
A chip foam block (or a book / thinly rolled up blanket)
A blanket that's rolled up into a snake
Grab your items, settle in and be prepared to be taken to a place of bliss with Mark's soothing voice and calming vibe. At 27:17 you'll be serenaded and taken to a dreamy place with Mark's beautiful singing voice (did you know he's a trained and professional singer with a degree in opera?)
We love Mark and think you will too.
