Meet Mark: YYOGA Restorative, Hatha, Flow, Power and YHot teacher.

Mark’s physical and spiritual transformation began six years ago when he first started practicing yoga. After experiencing its countless benefits, both on and off the mat, Mark completed 500 hours of teacher training as well as training in Restorative and Hot yoga to be able to help others achieve the same results. The foundation of Mark’s teaching focuses on using breath coupled with mindful movement to help reignite the body back into its natural equilibrium, which unlocks the capacity for self healing.

Mark’s classes will leave you feeling calm, re-energized and powerful.
