Join Hillary for a 30 minute Knee Friendly Hatha class.
You should always consult with your health practitioner before doing any physical activity (including yoga), especially if you have or have had injuries.
Hillary will lead us through a knee-friendly practice adding additional queues and modifications to make this class easy on the knees followed by a sound bowl meditation. If you've taken Hillary's classes before, you'll know that she loves to begin a class with a positive affirmation or quote.
