A sweaty full-body power yoga class to help strengthen and release. This class moves a little quicker to build the heat! Jeremy asks you to stick with your breath in order to walk through the fiery bits of class.
Jeremy's friendly and clear instruction helps you to stay present and motivated throughout this 45-minute sequence. This class challenges the full-body with dynamic and combination movements that keep every muscle group engaged. You'll work through a series of standing poses to stoke the fire. Moving onto the mat portion of the class Jeremy leads you through a bridge pose and finishes things off with a core series to chisel those abs.
You need nothing but a mat, water, and maybe a towel to wipe those beads of sweat away. Enjoy!
