This is an all-levels friendly Pilates class that includes a balance of toning, repetitive movements, and deep, opening stretches. The first half of the class will focus on the fiery poses, and the second half will focus on stretching those muscles out. This is a more lower-body focused class and Kyra suggests adding resistance bands to add additional fire to this class.
