Meet Krystina! Krystina offers Power, Flow, and Pilates classes on YYOGA at Home. Since 2011, Krystina has been teaching unique and evolutionary movement classes in Vancouver. As a former dancer trained in Yoga, Pilates and Barre, she blends an alchemy of different lineages to offer a challenging, creative and unpredictable class.
