We asked Katherine...
Where do you gain your inspiration from?
I gain inspiration from my fellow teachers and students. I make a effort to take a public class 4 times a week. I love being open to learning new things and evolving as a teacher and student.
What can students expect from your class?
I will provide a safe, fun, playful space for students to explore, heal and open their bodies through the postures and learn to push themselves to their edge.
How do you wish your students to feel when they finish your class?
I would love my students to feel re-energized,relaxed and refreshed.
How/why did you begin practicing yoga?
I started practicing yoga because I could not touch my toes. I can now touch my toes and do so much more. Yoga is my life.
How has yoga impacted your life?
Yoga has impacted me in many ways. It has opened my mind to believe that the impossible is possible.
