Join Sasha for a 45-minute Vinyasa Flow practice. This class involves some arm balances, so it may be suited to more experienced yoga practitioners. This class leads to a peak pose called Astavakrasana (Eight Angle Pose). The most important part is the intention of the pose, and not the full expression itself. The essence of Astavakrasana is that it doesn't matter how strong or weak you are physically, your spirit can still be strong.
Props: 2 blocks (or books) and a strap (or scarf/robe tie)
