Here are some pointers for this pose:
- Chair pose can have your feet together or hip-width distance apart.
- Weight is in the heels
- Soften the shoulders away from the ears and widen them if that feels better
- Make sure your knees are not going in front of your toes
- You should have a natural arch in your back (with your tailbone not too tucked)
