Learn about Lotus Pose with Katrina.
Lotus pose may look simple, but is a challenging pose to do safely. This is actually quite an advanced pose, that should not be attempted until you've opened up the inner things, quads, and glutes. If your hips aren't open enough to safely do this pose, it can cause injuries to the knees.
Katrina offers a variety of poses you can do leading up to Lotus pose, or that you can do instead of practicing Lotus pose at all!
