Meet Heather: YYOGA at Home pilates, core and pre and post natal teacher.

With a childhood background in dance, Heather loves to weave postures together creatively with a variance of pace and individual expression. Yoga found Heather nearly 15 years ago; since then she's added Pilates and Power to her repertoire and has specialized in pre and post natal yoga.

With a strong focus on core integration and breath, Heather's goal is to fortify your body and soothe your mind by leaving you wrung out in the best possible way. She loves yoga’s capacity to build an awareness that evolves over time: months, years, a lifespan. This awareness can teach us not only how to fly on our hands; it also teaches us about honesty, integrity and love.
