Live Replay: Hatha Yoga for Resilience (60 min) - with Rebecca Lee Henderson
Hatha

57m
This fiery Hatha explores Tapas, which means "heat" or "fiery discipline", one of the Niyamas (observances) of classical Yoga. Through poses that are a little challenging, a little fiery, we learn to calm the mind and connect in with our internal strength in the face of challenge, helping us to then face challenges in life from a place of greater peace, calm, and courage.
This class uses a yoga mat, blocks, and bolster. If you don't have blocks or a bolster at home, you can use a stiff pillow, a wrapped blanket, a stack of books or anything similar you have around your home that is stable and supports you in the same way.
This is a replay of a virtual live-stream class so lighting, audio, and teacher demonstration will vary.
