20m
Join Kyra for a quick, 20-minute Hatha Yoga practice. In Hatha Yoga, you can expect to hold poses for longer periods of time to really get into the pose. This class will focus specifically on heart-opening (front body opening) poses. They say opening the space around the heart physically supports us to be more emotionally receptive, compassionate, giving, and loving when we move off the mat into our lives.
No props are required for this class.
