Join Alia for a flowing Hatha Yoga practice!
Alia's invitation for this class is for you to make it your own. Please scale back, add on, or modify when you need to.
This is a dynamic practice that combines pieces of Hatha yoga and a Vinyasa Flow practice. You will synchronize steady movement with breath, as well as focus on holding postures in a deeper way.
Props: Please have a block (or book/pillow) nearby if you need it.
