Hatha Raja is a gentle Asana based practice with practicing the Brahmari (bumble bee) breath in the pose.
The Brahmari soothes the nervous system by stimulating the Pineal gland, by releasing melatonin to help in a meditative state.
This practice is calming and great for the evening time.
