Join Hana for a Pilates HIIT workout. This 45-minute class includes both Pilates (low-impact, core-focused) and HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training). This class combines the benefits of both styles of movement. You can expect a series that includes 10 minutes of Pilates followed by 5 minutes of HIIT to get your heart rate up. This will continue throughout the workout.
