Fire it up and join Hana for a 30-minute total body express workout! This is a great video when you are pressed for time but want a well-rounded workout.
We will work our upper body, lower body and core. With this being a higher intensity challenge, we will also increase our heart rates and work our cardiovascular system.
Feel free to use some light weights if you have them, but this can also be a body weight workout.
