Calm & Embrace: Join Hillary for a peaceful 30-minute practice. This Hatha Yoga class includes soothing and healing vibrations from crystal sound bowls. This is a wonderful class to do to start your day or to end it. It will help you feel balanced, calm your mind, and feel more at ease.
Hatha Yoga is a slower-paced practice with held postures to stretch and strengthen your body.
No props are required, but please have a block (or book/pillow) close by if you need it.
