Join Hillary for a 30 minute Stretch & Soundbowl class. This will be more of a stretch-type class with gentle movement. This is a great class for folks with sore muscles. Beginning with sound bowls, we will invite good vibrations and energy into our practice before we begin.
So settle in, find a comfy seat, close your eyes and enjoy the next half an hour on your mat.
No props necessary, but feel free to have blocks close by if you need them.
