You can expect to move dynamically with the breath, and feel a balance of heat and stretch. Jayme offer's helpful cues and has a strong focus on anatomical alignment.
Props: Anything you may need to help the poses feel accessible to you. This could be yoga blocks (or books), and a yoga strap (or robe tie), etc.
