This class is all about taking what you need. Go with the space and tempo of your body so that you can stay in tune with exactly what you're feeling.
This continuous flow of movement and breath generates a meditative state. Regina's soothing cues will remind you to let go of your thoughts and focus on the experience of the present moment. Focus on moving with your breath as you flow through each posture.
This practice is great for beginners, especially if you're new to flow yoga.
In this class, Regina uses yoga blocks and a yoga mat. If you don't have any blocks, you can use a stack of books, a firm pillow, or something in a similar nature.
