Join Regina for a 60 minute Flow Yoga practice. Flow Yoga is a dynamic sequence of postures that synchronizes your breath with movement in order to build strength, balance, and flexibility.
If there are props you prefer to use, grab them. However, nothing is specifically necessary for today's Flow. Ease into practice breathing deep, opening up areas of the body where there might be tension and add on to any pose you feel like will work for you.
