Join Heather for a 65-minute Vinyasa Flow class! This is an all-levels practice, so please feel free to modify to find what feels good in your body.
The beginning of this Flow class features grounding breathwork before we begin to move. This is a mindful Vinyasa practice that synchronizes breath with dynamic movement. You can expect a good stretch, to build heat and strength, and to feel more grounded and at peace by the end of class.
Remember to be here now. This time is for you, so commit to this hour the best you can.
Props: Feel free to have blocks (or books/pillows) close by if you need them for cushioning, balance, or to bring the floor to you.
