Join Mari for a 30-minute Vinyasa Flow practice. This class is a fluid and dynamic Flow Yoga class that includes a lot of side body opening and strengthening. There are lots of modifications to take or ways to play and add-on to this practice to challenge yourself.
Props: Mari has two blocks close by for this practice. You can also use two sturdy books, but this prop is optional.
