Join Sasha for a fun, full-body Flow yoga class! In this class, Sasha will be doing some poses you might not see in your normal yoga class like "bear pose" or "lizard pose". This will be dynamic class where we will synchronize our movement with breath.
Optional: Set the vibe! You can light a candle, put on some comfy clothes, dim the lights, turn on some gentle forest sounds, and embrace the Forest Flow
Props: 2 blocks (optional) or books/pillows if you don't have blocks.
