Join Katrina for a 45-minute Fluid Flow practice. This will be a dynamic, flowy practice that is great to do in the evening. After fatiguing our muscles, we tend to have a much more restful sleep. This is an all-levels Flow practice and Kat encourages you to have blocks (or pillows/books).
The theme of this Fluid Flow class is "Freedom", so we encourage you to free yourself from any thoughts you had throughout the day, or any assumptions you make about your practice.
