Overcome your afternoon slump with Crystal’s Mid-Day Rejuvenating Flow. Work with a Three-Part breath to feel more focused, grounded, and alert. Synchronize breath with movement in order to build strength, balance, and flexibility.
This class uses yoga blocks. If you don't have any, you can use a stack of books, a firm pillow, or something in similar nature.
