An accessible flow practice that will have you moving your body continuously to get your blood circulating. Flow yoga uses a mixture of meditation, breath-work and energizing movement.
Sasha's light and sweet personality is contagious, following her practice is enough to lift your mood. Enjoy her instruction as she guides you to flow from pose to pose seamlessly. Starting in a toe-sit, you'll move through high lunge twists and gate pose. Sasha makes sure you're working but also provides options to modify the sequence.
After this class, you'll leave your mat feeling centered, relaxed, and strong. Grab your mat, a yoga block and strap for this class. If you don't have a block you can use books or soup cans. A good substitution for a yoga strap is a belt, theraband or large towel.
