This Flow class will focus on staying present and staying in tune with your breath. Katrina also suggests bringing incense or a candle into this practice, as it can help as a physical point to focus on. This class will feature dynamic movement synchronized with the breath.
Props: A block (or book/pillow), a yoga strap (or scarf/robe tie) and a chip foam block (or pillow).
