Balance your body with backbends. This 60-minute Vinyasa Flow class will focus on opening up your front body and exploring different backbends. Heart-opening and back-bending poses are wonderful to counter the effects of sitting and working on a computer all day. They can make your body feel more open, awake, and ready to recieve.
Props: 2 blocks (or books) and a yoga strap (or belt, robe tie, dog leash)
