Join Vanessa for a Gentle Hatha Flow.
This 60-minute Gentle Flow will give you ample opportunities to dive deep into poses as well as into the breath. This is a less "fiery" Flow Yoga practice and instead offers a smooth, slow, and steady experience. We will be synchronizing our dynamic movement with breath and enjoy longer-held poses.
No props required, but please have a block (or book/pillow) close by if you need it.
