Join Mikaela for 60 minutes of Fiery Flow - A dynamic sequence of postures that synchronizes your breath with movement in order to build strength, balance, and flexibility.
This class is a mix between Vinyasa & Power with very fluid aspects to it. You can expect to feel heated in your body as we build up strength, and then pair that back with more fluid movements. This class will have a focus on twists & hamstrings. Let's start this class slow before we get into it.. Enjoy this time on your mat!
