Join Mikaela for Yin and Vinyasa class! In this 45 minute class, we start out with Yin. We start with Yin because traditionally for this style, there is no warm-up. You just land in the position as you are and melt into the asana. Let the shape humble and just be.
Then we will transition into the more dynamic, flowing movement of Vinyasa which will focus on areas of the body we have opened up in Yin. This is a beautifully balanced class for those looking for some deep, inward relaxation as well as flowy mindful movement.
