Join Lisa for a peaceful evening of Yin Yoga & Meditation. A slow-paced practice that uses long deep stretching, to enhance joint mobility and flexibility, followed by a guided meditation.
We will be going deeper into the connective tissues, with the aid of props. Our connectives tissues are not as mailable, therefore with the practice of Yin we dive deep into these tissues with minimal pressure to soften our muscles.
Suggested Props: x2 blocks (books, cushions), bolster (pillows, rolled up blanket)
