Jayme offers modifications, inviting you to connect with yourself as you listen to what your body needs.
At the end, extend into Savasana to soak in all the benefits of your practice.
This class uses several props: a yoga mat, yoga blocks, a chip foam block and a yoga strap. If you don't have blocks at home, you can use a stiff pillow or a stack of books. Instead of a chip foam block, use a folded towel and instead of a yoga strap, use a scarf or belt.
