Araba Adjaye
Words from Araba about her yoga practice:
I do yoga to breathe… that’s what it’s always been about for me. So naturally as I transitioned to teaching, the breath has remained the central practice. Everything else comes from there. I completed my first yoga teacher training while living with a family in a small town in India. ‘Having yoga passed down to me as it had been passed down to them.’ The traditional elements of Hatha, continue to shine through my practice, often matched with curiosity in a playful manner. As we practice together, expect to safely go deeper into your own being.
