Join Alison for a 30 minute Pilates with a small ball practice! This style uses controlled movements to improve your flexibility, strength, and endurance. Emphasis on alignment, breathing and developing core awareness.
*Props are required for this class. You'll need a pilates ball (a small ball) that's filled about 3/4 of the way. You can use any air-filled ball, or if you don't have a ball you can use a small pillow or cushion.
