Join Alison for a Cardio Barre and Arms class! This is a 30-minute practice that will include some cardio, and also some upper body-focused exercises. Alison is using 2 lb hand weights for this class, but you can use cans of soup of water bottles if you don't have any. Alternatively, you can use no weights at all.
Cardio Barre is an upbeat, high energy barre class that combines traditional, lightweight barre exercises with non-stop, fat burning, metabolic movements. Think tiny, pulsing lunges to tone and strengthen the muscles in the legs, thighs and glutes.

Join Alison for a quick, inner thigh burn in under 10 minutes. This class can be done without any props! Please use a Pilates ball or 3/4 full light ball if you have one (or a pillow!).
