Welcome to a 55 minute Hatha-style class on the "flowier" side. This Hatha class will include strong, held postures, as well as some flowing and dynamic movement. This is a great class to try out if you love Hatha and want to try out some Vinyasa-style movement in your practice.
No props are required for this all-levels class!
