This class is all about low impact and high intensity. Alison takes your typical Pilates style and puts a fun spin on it making it a little spicier than you may be used to. However, if you're new to Pilates this is a class you can work into if you're willing to take your time and listen to your body; stopping for breaks and rest when needed.
