Join Alia for a 30 minute Power Sculpt class! This style is the perfect blend of flow and fitness. By combining both yoga and strength-building exercises, we will challenge our muscles and mind while taking your practice to a whole new level.
Props: This is a power class complimented with weights! You can use light weights for this practice - like 1, 2, or 3 lbs. Alternatively, you can use things like water bottles or cans of soup. You don't need to use weights - listen to your body and do what feels right for you.
