Join Alia for a Power Sculpt class with weights! This is a 30-minute class where we will incorporate weights (or cans of soup) into a dynamically sequenced Power class.
Remember to listen to your body and scale back where you need to, or put the weights down when you need to. Alia also recommends having blocks nearby to support your body.
