This is a full-body Flow class, meaning Alia will take us through poses to stretch and strengthen our arms, core, and legs. This class will feature fluid postures synchronized with your breath to help you stay present and in the body.
Props: Alia recommends having 2 blocks (or books/pillows) for this class.
Remember, this is a flow to make you feel good and nourished! So modify where ever you need to so that this class fits your body and energy level. Enjoy!
