Join Aili for a 45-minute Vinyasa Flow practice! This practice is perfect for anyone with stiff legs. Whether you're an athlete, or just love to run, cycle, hike, etc., this class is perfect for you! We will be targeting the quads, the inner legs and the hamstrings.
If you have tighter hamstrings or quads, Aili suggests you have a form of support like blocks, books or pillows. You may also want to have some sort of strap close-by if you have tight legs. This could be a yoga strap, robe tie, scarf or belt.
