Set an intention for your practice before moving through this sequence of slow, held postures with an emphasis on alignment. Katherine takes you through each move in a caring and educational way that will help you feel the importance of every move you make.
In our studios, YHot is practiced in 40 degree heat with 40% humidity. YHot is a 60 minute set sequence, however this sequence can be practiced at home (without the heat), and because it is a set sequence is can be incredibly meditative and beneficial to the body.
The beautiful part about a YHot sequence is that it allows you to practice feeling comfortable in the midst of discomfort.
